Recipe: Christmas Day porridge




It's Christmas Day. You need sustaining energy, simplicity, and you don't need calories... So how about toasted nuts (keep them moving in a dry frying pan over a medium heat to stop them burning), oats (could be soaked for between 30 mins and overnight extra creaminess), and warm manuka honey.
